Mr. We Outside built his audience the hard way · host nights, MC nights, reel after reel · and outgrew anything Instagram alone could carry. The brief from Pattaya Authority: build a real platform that matches the energy he brings to a room, organize the residency calendar, formalize a press kit, and run booking through a single funnel so partners stop chasing DMs.

The visual brief was clearer than most. "Skip the BS. Real Pattaya nightlife. Get outside." No stock confetti. Cyan, magenta, hot pink. A viewfinder frame around every page, like you're already on a story.

He's a U.S. military veteran turned the city's most reliable night-mode operator. The site had to feel that · disciplined, premium, and fast · but still vibrate at the frequency of a 2 AM dance floor.

We made one decision up front: this is not a performer template. Most artist/host websites are interchangeable · same hero photo, same "book now" form, same vague "as featured in" strip. Mr. We Outside needed the opposite. A page that opens like a documentary trailer, sets the mood in three seconds, and makes a booker want to message before they scroll further.

The approach was three layers running in parallel: a visual identity that reads as cinematic instead of promotional, a residency calendar that surfaces the right room for the right night, and a press kit packaged for partners who don't want to scroll Instagram to find what they need.

The technical stack was built for one job: shipping a press-kit-quality site that loads as fast as a flyer. Static HTML. Inline critical CSS. Self-hosted fonts. Schema markup for Person and Performer. No WordPress. No theme. No bloat.
