// 02 THE STORY
From Thessaloniki.
To South Pattaya Road.
Yannis Pagiannidis grew up on souvlaki in Thessaloniki and opened the kind of grill Pattaya didn't have: real Greek souvlaki, fresh to order, from a man who actually knows the recipes. The brief from him was simple. "I make the food. Build me a website that does three jobs: place, hours, order."
Pattaya Authority shipped a calm editorial site that does exactly those three jobs. No carousel hero. No rotating promo banners. No parallax video. Just a Greek-tavern feel with a single warm gold accent and one quiet olive-laurel ornament · the kind of restaurant page customers trust because it earned trust the old-fashioned way: by being calm.
South Pattaya Road, in front of Tony's Fitness. Tuesday to Saturday, 15:00 to 23:00. If you're lucky, you stumble into it. If you're smart, you bookmark it.
// 03 THE APPROACH
Three jobs. Nothing more.
Yannis told us in the first meeting what the site needed to do, and what it didn't. Do: tell people where I am, when I'm open, how to order. Don't: anything else. No newsletter signup. No loyalty program. No "Order now and get 20% off your first souvlaki" pop-up. That kind of thing breaks the room.
The approach matches the food: nothing fancy, nothing fake, made fresh, served hot, done right. Editorial layout. Fraunces serif. One warm gold accent (color of olive oil, color of the grill). One ornament (olive laurel, because Olympian). Pure black background, deep navy framing, cream-paper text. The page should feel like the room.
Technical stack: same Pattaya Authority discipline as every other site in the network. Fast static HTML. Self-hosted fonts. Restaurant + LocalBusiness schema. Indexed for "best Greek food Pattaya" and "souvlaki South Pattaya Road" · the queries that actually bring hungry people through the door.

// 04 THE SOLUTION
A real Greek tavern. Online.
The site does what a real Greek tavern's site should do · tell you where it is, when it's open, and how to order. Nothing else gets in the way.
01
// THREE JOBS
Place. Hours. Order.
The site does only what Yannis asked. Place: South Pattaya Road, in front of Tony's Fitness, map embedded. Hours: Tue·Sat 15:00·23:00, in the live-status strip. Order: dine-in, Grab, Facebook · three buttons, no funnel.
02
// THE OWNER STORY
Real recipes from Thessaloniki.
This isn't a chain. The site says so on the front page, in plain language. Customers who care about real Greek food know within five seconds they've found the right place: owner-operated, recipes from home, grilled fresh to order.
03
// TRUST IN THE NUMBERS
5.0 stars. 100% recommended.
TripAdvisor 5.0. 100% of reviewers recommend the place. Eight items on the menu, every one grilled fresh to order. Those numbers sit right under the headline · and they're the same numbers Google shows when someone searches "best Greek food in Pattaya".
04
// DESIGN THAT KNOWS ITS PLACE
Calm. Confident. Greek.
No rotating banners. No parallax video. No fake testimonials. An editorial layout with one warm color and one quiet ornament. The kind of restaurant page customers trust because it earned trust the old-fashioned way · by being calm.
// 05 THE BRAND IN PRACTICE
pattayaolympian.com hero · editorial Greek-tavern feel, deep navy ground, olive-oil gold accent, italic Fraunces display headlines. One quiet olive-laurel ornament and a soft warm glow around the brand name. Calm and confident.
Numbers pulled from TripAdvisor's live aggregate and the in-house POS daily count. Cooking does the work; the site keeps the receipts visible.

Built like a restaurant.
Not a funnel.
Same engineering discipline as every other Pattaya Authority build · but tuned for one job: getting a hungry person from a Google search to a table or a Grab order, without anything in the way.
